RC Construction Adventure is a unique, interactive attraction where children and adults operate realistic RC construction machines in a professionally built miniature construction site.
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Guest Experience Associate to help create an outstanding experience for every visitor.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Briefly explain the 9-minute experience before each session.
- Help participants become comfortable using the controllers.
- Encourage and support players throughout the experience.
- Monitor the attraction to ensure equipment is used safely and properly.
- Keep the attraction clean, organized, and presentation-ready.
- Reset each station between sessions.
- Report any equipment or maintenance issues to management.

- Friendly, outgoing, and approachable.
- Patient with children and families.
- Professional, reliable, and punctual.
- Comfortable interacting with customers throughout the day.
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Detail-oriented and takes pride in maintaining a clean, high-quality attraction.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, entertainment, recreation, or hospitality is an asset, but not required. Full training will be provided.
