ALIGN is seeking Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) to join our new clinic. We are a women-owned wellness space in Yaletown, housed in a medical office at 1200 Burrard Street. Our practice is built around somatic healing, consent and truma-based care, and culturally sensitive treatment. We are growing a collaborative team of practitioners who share our values.

This is an independent contractor role. You set your own schedule and maintain your own client relationships. We provide the space, the marketing and billing, strong referrals, and a community of like-minded practitioners.

Applicants must be registered and in good standing with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC.

Scope of Practice

- Provide therapeutic massage within the regulated scope
- Conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment plans
- Maintain insurer-compliant documentation
- Provide ICBC treatment where applicable




- Practice strictly within professional standards and regulatory bylaws

Compensation

- 80% split

Qualifications

- Active registration in good standing
- $5,000,000 professional liability insurance
- Charting completed within 24 hours

New RMTs are welcome.
