Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Account Receivable Specialist with optional payroll and invoice skills to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage accounts receivable processes, helping handle payroll-related tasks, and ensure accurate invoicing . Your proactive approach and strong analytical skills will contribute to maintaining healthy financial operations and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities( included but not limited to )
- Manage accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, collections, and account analysis to ensure timely payments.
- Process payroll transactions accurately using accounting software such as QuickBooks or Sage, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Reconcile customer accounts regularly to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain precise data entry records for invoices, payments, payroll, and financial transactions.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams via phone and email to address billing inquiries and payment arrangements.
- Prepare detailed reports on account status, aging reports, and financial analysis to support management decisions.
- Collaborate with team to ensure smooth financial operations and accurate record keeping.
- Working with accountant to have annual finance report finished on time.
Skills
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Ceridian, or PeopleSoft.
- Strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes and invoice management.
- Experience with payroll processing and related bookkeeping tasks.
- Excellent analysis skills for account reconciliation and financial review.
- Effective negotiation skills for collections and payment arrangements.
- High attention to detail in data entry and record keeping.
- Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to analyze financial data using math skills for account analysis and reporting.
