Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

: Bilingual French Accountant This role provides day-to-day operational support in a fast-paced call center environment. The contractor will support client asset transfers from external financial institutions, ensuring timely and accurate processing while maintaining high service and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to external financial institutions to follow up on client transfers
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of transfer-related activities
- Update and maintain internal systems and case management tools
- Perform data entry and ticket updates with high attention to detail
- Work with imaging and case management systems to track documentation
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets
- Participate in daily 15-minute team huddles
- Handle sensitive customer data in compliance with policies

Experience:

- Operations experience in a call center or financial services environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience handling outbound phone calls professionally
- Ability to multitask and manage high volumes of work
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Skillsets:

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including spreadsheets with macros)




- High technical aptitude and ability to learn recent systems quickly
- Professional interpersonal skills for external communication
- Experience with data entry and ticketing systems
- Ability to work in a metrics-driven environment

Education:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred (recent graduates encouraged to apply)

Additional Qualifications:

- Call center experience
- Banking or wealth management experience
- Experience with ISM, EIS, Kofax, or ticketing systems
- Bilingual in French and English
- Prior experience working with Excel macros
