Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced accountant to join our accounting team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the day to day operations of the organization, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and assisting with various accounting functions.

Responsibilities

- Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, and account reconciliation.
- Utilize DMS accounting software for daily transactions and reporting.
- Provide support during month-end close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations.

Skills

- Proficiency in accounts receivable management and account reconciliation processes.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software is essential.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to perform account analysis effectively.




- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
