About This Opportunity

What You’ll Do
- Provide administrative support including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping to ensure smooth office operations.
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as requested by staff or management.
- Maintain accurate databases, filing systems, and office records, ensuring confidentiality and organization.
- Assist with program coordination and logistics,
such as meeting planning, registration, and communications.
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and stakeholders, providing information and support as needed.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring resources are available and functioning properly.
- Support staff and volunteers with administrative tasks to facilitate program delivery.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, partners, and participants to support organizational operations.
Who We’re Looking For
- Age 12-30
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Commitment to completing basic training
- Fluency in English
- Successful Vulnerable Sector Check (required if over 18)
Bonus Skills
- Previous experience
- Fluency or high proficiency in another language besides English
