MC College is looking for an energetic, organized, and people-focused Administrative Assistant & Salon & Spa Coordinator to keep our campus running smoothly and our clients smiling.

What You'll Do

- Support the Campus Director and Assistant Director with day-to-day operations.
- Help manage student attendance, records, grades, and graduation packages.
- Assist with new student orientations.
- Order supplies and manage inventory for classrooms, salon, and spa.
- Receive deliveries and process orders in Meevo.
- Manage daily mail and administrative tasks.
- Welcome students, clients, and visitors with exceptional customer service.
- Manage salon and spa check-ins, check-outs, and final transactions.

What We're Looking For
- Positive, skilled, and student-driven.




- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Team player who takes initiative and solves problems.
- Experience in administration, customer service, or sales is an asset.
- Salon, spa, or post-secondary experience is a bonus, but not required.
