We're looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager to help expand our affiliate marketing initiatives and strengthen relationships with strategic partners. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining analytical thinking with creative marketing strategies to drive measurable business growth. Working remotely, you'll collaborate with marketing, content, and analytics teams to launch campaigns, optimize partner performance, and identify new opportunities to increase audience reach and engagement.

Your Day-to-Day

You'll manage affiliate campaigns from planning through optimization, monitor key performance metrics, and identify opportunities to improve acquisition, conversion, and long-term partner success. You'll regularly review campaign performance, prepare reports,



coordinate promotional initiatives, and work with internal teams to ensure marketing activities align with business objectives.

Success in this role comes from balancing relationship management with data-driven decision-making and continuously testing new ideas to improve campaign performance. What We're Looking For

We're interested in professionals who have experience with affiliate or digital marketing, performance campaigns, or online customer acquisition. You should be comfortable working with analytics platforms, interpreting campaign data, and using insights to improve marketing results.

Experience with Google Analytics, affiliate platforms, performance marketing tools, conversion tracking, or digital advertising is highly valued. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and skilled working proficiency in English are essential for collaborating with partners and distributed teams. What You'll Receive
