Position Overview Air Inuit is currently seeking motivated and dedicated individuals to support passenger services at Pierre-Elliott Trudeau Airport YUL, for flights to Northern communities. As a Passenger Airport Service Agent, you will be part of a welcoming and dynamic team. You will help promote Air Inuit’s rich culture while providing high-quality customer service in a stimulating and people-focused work environment.
Duties And Responsibilities Welcome passengers and provide assistance during departures and arrivals at the airport
Manage arrival logistics
Arrange hotel and shuttle reservations in case of operational irregularities
Provide services and assistance to passengers with special needs In case of delays, keep passengers informed and communicate with ramp agents, dispatch, and crew
Check in passengers, handle luggage, and verify cabin baggage
Ensure safe and timely boarding
Prepare flight documents, passenger check-in, ticketing, and manifests
Perform any other tasks required to ensure operational efficiency Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent experience
Minimum of one year of customer service experience
Basic knowledge of office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to learn passenger check-in and reservation systems
Eligible to obtain and maintain YUL airport security clearance (CIZR)
Available and adaptable to work according to a shift schedule (mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, split shifts) and according to operational needs;
Bilingual in French and English; knowledge of Inuktitut is an asset
Strong communication skills, both written and oral, in French and English
