Job Title: AI FinOps Product Owner

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AI FinOps Product Owner to help build and mature enterprise AI Financial Operations (AI FinOps) capabilities for a leading financial institution. This role sits at the intersection of AI, Finance, Product, and Technology , driving visibility into AI adoption, platform utilization, cloud spending, and business value through executive reporting and analytics.

The ideal candidate will have Banking/Financial Services experience along with expertise in FinOps, AI financial governance, and business intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop executive dashboards to monitor AI platform adoption, utilization, spending, and ROI.
- Consolidate data from multiple enterprise sources to provide a unified view of AI investments.
- Partner with AI Platform Engineering, Finance, Product, and Technology teams on budgeting and forecasting.
- Analyze AI consumption metrics including token usage, API consumption, cloud costs, licensing, and platform utilization.
- Define AI governance KPIs, reporting standards, and financial metrics.
- Identify opportunities to optimize AI spending and improve operational efficiency.
- Develop AI chargeback/showback models and technology unit economics.
- Present executive-level reporting and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Support evolving reporting requirements as AI platforms continue to expand.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in FinOps, Business Intelligence, Financial Analysis, Technology Reporting, or Data Analytics.
- Experience supporting AI, Cloud FinOps, or Digital Transformation initiatives.
- Strong experience developing executive dashboards using Power BI , Tableau, or similar BI platforms.
- Advanced SQL skills with experience working across enterprise data sources.




- Strong Excel and financial reporting experience.
- Experience analyzing cloud costs, technology spending, and financial metrics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience within Banking or Financial Services is required.
