Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Aluminum and Glass Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing aluminum frameworks and glass panels in a variety of building projects, ensuring safety, precision, and quality at every step. Your expertise will help bring architectural visions to life, creating beautiful, functional spaces that meet client specifications.

Responsibilities

- Measure, cut, assemble, and install aluminum frames and glass panels according to project blueprints and schematics.
- Use hand tools such as drills, saws, levels, and caulking guns to ensure precise installation and secure fittings.
- Read and interpret construction drawings, schematics, and blueprints to follow detailed specifications accurately.
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, or applying protective coatings as needed for optimal installation results.
- Seal joints with caulking or other sealants to ensure weatherproofing and insulation integrity.
- Collaborate with team members including carpenters, plumbers, welders, and other trades to coordinate installation efforts efficiently.




- Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and properly handling tools and materials during installation processes.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in construction or glazing installation with a focus on aluminum framing and glass work.
- Proficiency with hand tools such as drills, saws, caulking guns, and measuring devices.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Strong knowledge of construction practices including carpentry, restoration work, flooring installation, tile laying, and painting is a plus.
- Familiarity with plumbing or welding techniques is advantageous but not required.
- Excellent attention to detail combined with physical stamina for lifting heavy materials and working at heights.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with team members and clients.
