AtLRG Architecture Inc is a growing design office located in Winnipeg Manitoba, with ongoing projects in Manitoba, Alberta, and British Columbia. Our work is primarily focused on private development work in multi-family and commercial projects, new builds and retrofits, including heritage and office to residential conversions. AtLRG Architecture Inc is seeking motivated, talented, and self-disciplined individuals with 2–5 years of professional experience. Role & Responsibilities

While working within a team structure the candidate will actively participate in the entirety of the architectural design process, with an opportunity to engage a variety of scales and typologies of projects. The successful candidate will also assist in product & material research and selection,



costing exercises, code and zoning analysis, development permit submissions, project coordination, as well as communication with consultants, authorities and clients.

Qualifications The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years professional experience, and working knowledge of the Manitoba & National Building Codes. They are curious, studious, resourceful, collaborative, self-motivated, and organized.

They would also be proficient & knowledgable in the following areas:

- Common, Canadian construction systems and construction methods.
- Experience in CAD drafting, with the ability to proficiently and independently produce & coordinate IFC drawing sets and manage permit applications.
- A familiarity with Building Information Modelling, team & cloud file collaboration would be an asset on the Vectorworks platform.
- Other software applications include Pages & Numbers, Adobe CS, Rhino / Sketchup, & Vray.
- Hand sketching, and strong, digital, graphic communication skills.
- Written, clear, concise, communication skills is a must, experience in proposal writing would be an additional asset.
- Familiarity with physical modelling, & 3D printing fabrication processes would also be a plus.
