Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, including cleaning, laundry, and custodial tasks, to ensure timely and thorough service delivery
- Lead, motivate, and train housekeeping staff to uphold cleanliness standards and promote a positive work environment
- Monitor cleaning procedures to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards in both guest rooms and public areas
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms, corridors, and common spaces to maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment, ensuring optimal stock levels and proper maintenance
- Implement efficient scheduling to meet occupancy demands while maintaining staff productivity




- Address guest requests or concerns promptly, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times

Qualifications

- Proven supervising experience in housekeeping or custodial roles within hotels or hospitality settings
- Strong background in cleaning techniques, commercial cleaning practices, and janitorial procedures
- Experience managing laundry operations and maintaining cleanliness standards across multiple areas
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster collaboration
- Knowledge of hotel or hospitality industry standards and best practices in housekeeping management
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
