Assistant Manager (Sales & Admin) – OurAuto (Edmonton, AB)

Location: 11440 149 St NW Edmonton Alberta (OurAuto North)

Location: 9233 58 Ave NW Edmonton Alberta (OurAuto South)

Type: Full-Time, guaranteed 40 hours/week

Salary: Negotiable, based on experience

About Us

OurAuto is an AMVIC-licensed automotive service company in Edmonton, Alberta, offering halal (interest-free) car financing and comprehensive vehicle maintenance services. We are looking for a skilled and motivated Assistant Manager (Sales & Admin) to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities

Assistant Manager (Sales & Admin):

- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, social media, and in person.
- Provide support to investors and assist with investor onboarding and documentation.
- Understand customers’ vehicle needs, preferences, and budgets, and recommend suitable options.
- Maintain strong knowledge of vehicle models, features, specifications, pricing, and competitive advantages.
- Guide customers through the complete vehicle sales process, including vehicle selection, test drives, negotiations, halal and interest-free financing, investment options, and paperwork.
- Prepare quotations and estimates for automotive repair and maintenance services.
- Coordinate customer appointments, vehicle viewings, test drives, and service requests.
- Maintain accurate customer, sales, financing, investment, and service records.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain robust customer relationships.
- Assist with general administration and daily business operations.
- Provide professional and respectful customer service at all times.

Requirements
- Valid Canadian work permit or legal authorization to work in Canada.
- Valid Alberta Class 5 driver’s licence.
- Clean driving record.
- Minimum one year of sales experience.
- Automotive knowledge is required.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Strong communication, negotiation, administrative, and customer-service skills.
- Comfortable working with customers, investors, financing documents,



and automotive repair quotations.
- Reliable, organized, professional, and punctual.
- Ability to work at both Edmonton locations as required.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in automotive sales, dealership administration, vehicle financing, or an automotive repair shop.
- Knowledge of halal and interest-free financing is an asset.
- Experience preparing sales agreements, quotations, invoices, and customer documents is an asset.
- Provide support to investors and assist with investor onboarding and documentation.
- Understand customers’ vehicle needs, preferences, and budgets, and recommend suitable options.
- Maintain strong knowledge of vehicle models, features, specifications, pricing, and competitive advantages.
- Guide customers through the complete vehicle sales process, including vehicle selection, test drives, negotiations, halal and interest-free financing, investment options, and paperwork.
