Associate / Vice President, Private Credit

What You Will Do

- Play an active role across the investment lifecycle, including origination, credit underwriting, transaction execution and portfolio management




- Take an active role in sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities and building and maintaining relationships with key intermediaries, management teams, and other market participants
- Perform in‑depth credit underwriting and due diligence, including building detailed financial models, valuation and return analyses, and scenario analyses
- Conduct company, industry, and market research
- Lead key diligence workstreams, including financial, commercial, and legal due diligence, with support from the Partners
- Prepare and present investment recommendations and supporting materials to the Investment Committee
- Assist the Partners in transaction execution, including structuring transactions and negotiating transaction documentation
- Support ongoing portfolio monitoring and management, including maintaining relationships with portfolio c
