Service Advisor – Revelstoke, BC

We're looking for an awesome Service Advisor to join our crew.

If you're someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, likes staying busy, and can laugh with your coworkers while getting the job done, we'd love to meet you.

At Bighorn Truck Centre, we're serious about providing great service—but we don't believe work has to be boring. We have an incredible team that works hard, helps each other out, shares plenty of laughs, and occasionally argues over who made the best coffee.

What You'll Be Doing

Every day is a little different, but you'll spend your time:

- Looking after customers from the moment they walk in until they pick up their vehicle.
- Writing estimates and repair orders.
- Ordering parts and working with suppliers.
- Shipping, receiving, and helping keep inventory organized.
- Communicating with technicians and management to keep jobs moving.
- Learning our regular customers and building relationships with them.
- Using Protractor shop management software (experience is a bonus, but we'll teach you).
- Solving problems, staying organized, and keeping the day flowing.

- Can take feedback, learn quickly, and isn't afraid to jump in wherever needed.
- Has a little grit. Some days are hectic, but we tackle them together.

Automotive experience is definitely an asset, but attitude, work ethic, and personality are just as important to us.

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
