Canadian Driven is a Winnipeg-based vehicle financing company helping Canadians from coast to coast get approved and get driving — regardless of their credit history. We make vehicle ownership simple, and we're growing. We're looking for a motivated Sales & Finance Representative to join our team.

You'll be the first voice our customers hear. From the moment a lead comes in, you'll build rapport, get to know each prospect's needs and unique situation, and guide them through every step on the way to an approval — keeping things smooth for the customer and deal-ready for our finance managers. If you're driven, personable, and hungry to earn, this is a seat you'll want.

What You'll Do

- Be the first point of contact for incoming leads — respond quickly, build rapport, and get to know each prospect's needs, budget, and unique situation
- Turn simple inquiries into completed credit applications
- Facilitate the steps that move a deal forward: collecting proof of income, verifying ID, and requesting co-signers when needed
- Qualify and prepare each deal so it lands on the finance manager's desk complete and ready to approve
- Keep prospects informed and engaged throughout the process, serving as their go-to contact from first hello to handoff




- Build lasting relationships that turn first-time buyers into repeat customers and referrals

What We're Looking For

- 1+ year of automotive sales or finance-related experience preferred — but drive and coachability matter most
- A natural people person: confident on the phone, clear in writing, great in conversation
- Self-motivated and comfortable in a commission-driven environment
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deals at once
- Positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers win
