Qualifications

- Have a thorough understanding of automotive technician trade
- Have extensive knowledge of repair procedures
- Strong leadership ability
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent time management
- Excellent decision-making skills
- Excellent customer service skills

Specific Duties
- Create work orders
- Estimate jobs, parts and labor
- Communicate with technicians related to jobs
- Manage technician workflow
- Order parts




- Maintain organization in the shop
- Sell customers on work orders
- Maintain a high quality of workmanship
- Maintain a high shop morale
- Maintain a high shop efficiency
- Maintain a strong safety record
