Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on automobiles, heavy equipment, and industrial machinery using hand tools, power tools, and specialized diagnostic equipment.
- Perform maintenance tasks including oil changes, brake repairs, engine tune-ups, electrical system troubleshooting, and system schematics interpretation.
- Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, cranes, forklifts, and other industrial machinery safely and efficiently during repair or assembly processes.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues with farm machinery, HVAC systems, welding equipment, and other mechanical components.
- Follow safety protocols diligently while handling heavy lifting tasks or working with electrical systems to ensure a safe work environment.
- Read and interpret technical schematics and manuals to accurately diagnose problems and execute repairs.
- Maintain detailed records of all work performed, parts used,



and diagnostic findings for each service visit.

Experience

- Proven experience as an automotive mechanic or service technician with a strong background in vehicle repair and maintenance.
- Dealership experience is highly desirable but not required; candidates with hands-on experience working with various machinery are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation such as excavators, cranes, forklifts, or farm machinery enhances your ability to succeed in this role.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, schematics interpretation, welding techniques, and industrial equipment maintenance is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to use hand tools, power tools, diagnostic scanners, and schematics effectively in troubleshooting complex mechanical issues.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly about repairs needed or technical information to clients or team members.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during complex repair procedures.
