You will be the front line for conference room technology, from daily health checks to installing new rooms from the ground up.
???????
Pave Talent is hiring on behalf of a fast growing rideshare and mobility company for its downtown Toronto office, near Bay Street. Conference rooms here run constantly, and this team keeps them working.
??? ??????? ????
- People who like variety: proactive room sweeps one day, a full room build the next
- Calm problem solvers who can fix a dropped call or a dead mic in the middle of a live meeting
- Curious, hands on technicians who ask questions instead of guessing
- People comfortable being the front line for IT Helpdesk escalations and end user training
If you want a role that is only ground up installs with no day to day support, or only routine desk support with no hands on install work, this is not that role. ??? ???????????
You will join the Workplace Technology team as the on site AV support technician for the Toronto office. You will work Monday to Friday, business hours, fully on site, covering daily room checks, live meeting support, and recent room builds from the ground up.
???? ??? ???? ??

- Troubleshoot Google Meet room systems, Logitech Rally cameras, speakers, and mics, and Neat Bar Pro video bars
- Configure and maintain Logitech room schedulers so booking status stays accurate

- Configure, calibrate, and maintain conference room audio, including digital signal processors (DSPs), mixers, microphones, and speakers
- Document room configurations, signal flow, and troubleshooting steps in Confluence
?????????????? ????????:
- 3 to 5+ years of IT/AV support experience, focused on conference room and meeting space AV
- Hands on experience with the Logitech Rally line (cameras, speakers, mics, Rally Bar or Rally Bar Mini)
- Hands on experience with Neat Bar Pro or a similar all in one video bar system
- Proven ability to install and troubleshoot a conference room from the ground up, including mounting, cabling, configuration, and testing

- Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) certification from AVIXA, or working toward one
- Experience with additional conferencing hardware such as Poly, Yealink, or Crestron
