We are on the lookout for a dynamic and motivated A&W; Supervisor to lead our restaurant team. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind delivering top-notch food service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Duties

- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service and quality food preparation.
- Oversee food handling, cooking, and presentation to meet company standards and health regulations.
- Manage team schedules, assign tasks, and support staff with training, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure an exceptional dining experience.
- Maintain accurate cash handling and POS (Point of Sale) transactions using systems like Micros POS or similar platforms.
- Conduct interviews and participate in hiring new team members to build a strong, capable staff.




- Ensure compliance with food safety protocols and sanitation standards across all areas of the restaurant.

Requirements

- Proven supervising or leadership experience in food service or restaurant management.
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling practices.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or equivalent cash handling tools.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations including kitchen workflows and hospitality standards.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced workplace.
- Previous experience in the food industry, including roles like server, barista, or hotel staff is advantageous.
