Enhance your career as an Account Administrator at Axis Insurance Managers Inc. This hybrid position requires two days in the office, focusing on customer service and account management. In this role, you'll support clients and colleagues by preparing submissions, negotiating with underwriters, and managing outstanding requests.
You will also keep Account Managers updated on client accounts and ensure accurate documentation and claims handling. Your approach to service and attention to detail will help foster positive client relations. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare marketing submissions and proposals for quotes
- Follow up on outstanding client requests with clarity
- Handle claims and update clients on their status
- Maintain organized documentation for account efficiency
- Monitor and process payments through Axis’ system Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of insurance experience required
- General Insurance Salesperson Level 1 license or commitment to obtain
- Active pursuit of CAIB, CIP, or CRM designations preferred
- Post Secondary Degree considered an asset
