Duties:

- Prepare and bake a variety of bakery items, including bread and pastry goods
- Follow recipes and ensure that all baked goods meet quality standards
- Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their bakery needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Assist with stocking, inventory, and other bakery-related duties as required

Experience:

- Previous experience working in a bakery or food preparation environment is an asset
- Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment is an asset
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently produce high-quality baked goods
- Robust attention to detail and organizational skills




- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of baking tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Requirements:

- Must be available to start work at 4:00 AM.
- Must be available to work weekends and statutory holidays.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 kg is an asset.
