Job Overview

We are seeking a Bread Baker with a positive attitude and solid work ethic who is genuinely passionate about artisanal bread. This is an exciting opportunity to join a talented and supportive team in a fast-paced environment that values craftsmanship, quality, and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

- Read and follow production schedules and recipes, accurately measuring and mixing ingredients.
- Shape, mold, proof, and bake a variety of artisan breads, including sourdough, brioche, and specialty loaves.
- Process dough through all stages, from fermentation to final baking and packaging.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and appearance.
- Meet production deadlines to ensure packaging and delivery schedules are met.
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with food safety regulations.
- Lift up to 40 lbs independently on occasion.
- Work efficiently in a high-volume environment while multitasking.
- Open or close the bakery production area as required, ensuring fresh products are available daily.
- Work overnight shifts as needed.

Experience





- Previous experience in a bakery environment is highly preferred
- Passion for artisanal bread and baking, with a positive, solution-focused attitude
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling practices
- Experience with food preparation, baking, and general kitchen operations
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Familiarity with food industry regulations and best practices for hygiene and safety
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high-quality standards
