Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality haircuts, styling, and grooming services tailored to individual client needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and offer professional advice on styles and products.
- Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
- Promote retail products and services through effective upselling techniques to enhance the overall client experience.
- Foster a friendly atmosphere by providing excellent customer service,



ensuring clients feel valued and appreciated.

Experience

- Proven experience in hair styling or barbering is preferred, showcasing your skills in various techniques.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients.
- Experience in retail sales is a plus, particularly in promoting beauty or grooming products.
- Familiarity with sanitation practices to ensure a safe setting for both clients and staff.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated to achieve personal goals.
