Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. This job includes working in the front and back and being a barista as well as grilling / making to go items and an assortment of other things

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks following company recipes
- Operate espresso machines and other coffee-making equipment
- Provide excellent customer service, including taking orders and handling transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Assist in stocking and replenishing inventory as needed
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service

Experience

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous




- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Understanding of basic math for measurements and calculations
- Experience in the food industry or customer service is beneficial
