Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Manage cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS, handle cashing out guests, and balance registers at shift end.
- Monitor alcohol consumption to promote responsible serving practices in accordance with legal requirements.
- Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages to ensure smooth service throughout shifts.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless food and beverage service,



supporting overall restaurant operations.

Qualifications

- Previous experience working as a bartender or in the food industry is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar cashiering tools.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and calculating tabs accurately.
- Experience in hospitality or food service environments is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
