We aren’t just looking for someone to pour drinks and drop off plates; we want a charismatic personality who can set the energy of the room, drive beverage sales, and turn first-time guests into regulars. Your Key ResponsibilitiesBar & Beverage Execution

- Craft & Pour: Prepare craft beers, signature cocktails, and mixed drinks quickly and accurately according to Chuck’s specifications and pouring standards.
- Bar Service & Hospitality: Manage the bar seating area directly—delivering full food and beverage service to guests seated at the bar while simultaneously executing drink tickets for the floor.
- Stock & Prep: Maintain bar inventory levels, prep fresh garnishes, monitor keg levels, and ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and fully stocked for peak rushes.

Floor & Station Excellence

- Precision Service: Master your floor station when scheduled as a server, taking accurate orders, suggesting pairings/upsells, and coordinating timely delivery of food and drinks.
- Guest Ambassadorship: Build rapport with guests, deliver authentic hospitality, and handle special requests or feedback with a positive, qualified mindset.
- Seamless Synergy:



Work in sync with the kitchen team, support staff, and fellow bartenders to maintain smooth service flow across the entire restaurant.

Operations & Compliance

- Smart Serve & Compliance: Strictly enforce responsible alcohol service guidelines, verify guest IDs, and monitor intoxication levels.
- Cash Handling & Balancing: Accurately manage register transactions, process payments, and complete daily cash-outs cleanly at the end of every shift.

What You Bring to the Table
- Experience: 1+ years of bartending or high-volume serving experience in a casual dining, pub, or sports bar setting.
- Speed & Stamina: Ability to multitask, prioritize orders under pressure, and remain calm during high-volume rushes.
- Strong Product Knowledge: Solid foundation in draft beer systems, popular cocktails, spirits, and basic wine service.
- Mandatory Credentials: Valid Smart Serve certification is required.
- Physical Drive: Comfortable standing, moving quickly for full shifts, and lifting kegs/cases of beverage inventory when needed.

Pay: $17.60-$21.00 per hour
