- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Applied Physics, or a related discipline from an ABET-accredited university.
- Minimum
2 years of experience using engineering simulation tools or Batter performance.
- Hands-on experience with battery simulation software such as
GT-SUITE, MATLAB/Simulink, Amesim
, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of high-voltage battery systems, including:
- HV electrical circuits
- Busbar design
- Battery Disconnect Units (BDU)
- Experience interpreting simulation and laboratory test data to validate engineering models.
- Knowledge of optimization techniques, including Design of Experiments (DOE), parameter estimation, and control optimization.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
