Role Description The Baseball Player Advisor is a contract, remote role responsible for guiding baseball players through their athletic development and advancement opportunities. Day-to-day work includes assessing player skills and potential, providing individualized training and development guidance, and advising on appropriate teams, leagues, and competitive pathways.

The advisor will communicate regularly with players and their families to discuss progress, goals, and next steps, and may coordinate with coaches, scouts, and organizations to identify suitable opportunities.



The role requires maintaining detailed records of player evaluations, staying current with baseball trends and levels of play, and upholding the agency’s standards of integrity, professionalism, and athlete-centered support.

Qualifications

- Robust baseball knowledge and experience in Baseball training, player development, and on-field strategy.
- Demonstrated Scouting skills, including talent evaluation, projection of player potential, and familiarity with competitive levels.
- Excellent Communication abilities for working with players, families, coaches, and organizations in a clear, respectful, and timely manner.
- Background in Training, mentoring, or coaching athletes, with the ability to design or recommend development plans.
- General understanding of other sports such as Basketball is beneficial for multi-sport athletes and overall athletic development.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple player cases, and handle confidential information responsibly.

Commission based position part time or full time role.
