What You’ll Do

As a Team Member, you’ll help create an outstanding experience for every guest by:

- Welcoming every guest with warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality.
- Preparing food and beverages to our quality standards with care and consistency.
- Keeping the restaurant clean, organized, and ready so guests and teammates can always count on us.
- Working together with your teammates to deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service.
- Looking for opportunities to make a guest’s day a little better through thoughtful service.
- Taking pride in maintaining food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.
- Supporting your team by stepping in where needed and communicating positively throughout your shift.
- Learning new skills,



accepting coaching, and continuously improving your performance.
