Our client is seeking a Bilingual Accounts Receivable Assistant to join their dynamic team! Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day accounts receivable operations, including customer account maintenance, payment processing, collections support, and general credit administration. The ideal candidate is a professional and collaborative individual who is detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable.

They can manage competing priorities, remain composed under pressure, and communicate diplomatically while working effectively as part of a team. The main responsibilities include:

- Maintain customer account records and support credit administration to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Process and reconcile customer payments, deposits, and credit card transactions.
- Respond to customer inquiries and assist with payment discrepancies, documentation requests, and account updates
- Support credit reviews, new account setup, and credit adjustment investigations
- Coordinate administrative tasks,



including order releases, shared inbox management, and general departmental support

- Formal accounting/business education
- Minimum 1 year of accounts receivable experience
- Bilingual in English and French, with robust verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel, including working knowledge of formulas and VLOOKUP

Compensation, Perks & Opportunities:

- $50,000 - $54,000 annual salary
- Profit-sharing + RRSP
