Position

Overview

We are looking for a full-time Bilingual Social Media Manager (English & French) to manage a portfolio of dealership clients across Canada.

In this role, you'll be responsible for planning, creating, scheduling, publishing, and optimizing social media content across multiple platforms. You'll work closely with our internal team and clients to build engaging social media strategies that strengthen dealership brands and connect them with their local communities. Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of dealership social media accounts.

Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms.

Write compelling captions and social media copy in both English and French.

Develop monthly content calendars aligned with each client's goals and brand.

Monitor comments, messages, and online engagement while maintaining each client's brand voice.

Collaborate with our graphic designers, video editors, and marketing team to produce high-quality content.

Monitor social media trends and recommend new ideas and best practices.





Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations.

Build strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and excellent customer service.

Manage multiple client accounts while meeting deadlines in a quick-paced remote environment. Qualifications

2+ years of professional social media management experience.

Fluent in both English and French (written and spoken).

Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.

Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other major social media platforms.

Experience developing content strategies and social media calendars.

Experience using social media scheduling and analytics tools.

Strong organizational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a remote team.

Automotive industry or agency experience is considered an asset but is not required. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is:
