Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and safety-oriented Bobcat / Wheel Loader Operator to join our operations team. In this role, you will safely perform excavation, grading, and material handling across various commercial and residential project sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Equipment Operation: Safely operate Bobcats and Front-End Loaders.

- Site Preparation: Perform final grading, backfilling, trenching, and site clean-up.

- Material Handling: Load and transport dirt, gravel, asphalt, and construction debris.

- Attachment Swaps: Swap and utilize attachments (buckets, augers, sweepers, forks).

- Maintenance: Conduct daily pre-trip inspections, fluid checks, and minor greasing.

- Teamwork: Work closely with ground crews, spotters, and site foremen via hand signals or radio.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience:



Minimum 2 years of proven experience operating skid-steers or wheel loaders.

- Licensing: Valid Class 5 Driver's License with a clean commercial driving abstract.

- Certifications: Ground Disturbance Level 2 and CSTS-20 are highly preferred.

- Skills: Ability to read grade stakes, blueprints, and follow structural layout instructions.

- Physical Fitness: Able to life up to 50 lbs and sit for extended periods in moving equipment.

Pay: $26.00-$32.00 per hour
