Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to assess collision damage and mechanical issues
- Prepare detailed, accurate repair estimates using industry-standard estimating software
- Communicate clearly with customers to explain repair procedures, costs, and timelines
- Collaborate with technicians and parts departments to coordinate repairs and ensure timely completion
- Upsell additional services or repairs that benefit the customer while enhancing shop revenue
- Handle cash transactions, insurance claims, and documentation with precision and integrity
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
Experience
- Dealership experience or background in automotive repair highly preferred
- Mechanical knowledge gained through mechanic experience or technical training
- Strong understanding of automotive systems, collision repair processes, and estimating procedures
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced workplace
- Experience in sales or upselling services to customers is a plus
- Familiarity with cash handling and basic administrative tasks required for smooth operations
Pay: $1,000.00-$1,500.00 per week
