Schwab & Co. is currently seeking ​a Bookkeeper to join our team. The job requires bookkeeping for a variety of clients across a number of industries. You will be responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual bookkeeping jobs.

Responsibilities:

- Scheduling and completing work for multiple clients with multiple deadlines
- Entering historical data to existing general ledgers
- Setting up charts of accounts and general ledgers for current clients
- Perform data entry and administrative duties

Qualifications:

- Good working knowledge of debits and credits
- Experience with QuickBooks, QuickBooks online and Dext
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
