The Brand Concierges executes an incredible Poppy Barley customer experience. You will support any operational tasks and procedures as assigned.
Role Responsibilities
- You will deliver exceptional customer service that demonstrates our value of luxury for the people.
- You’ll have an prospect to share your passion for Poppy Barley through sharing our history, values and product knowledge with our customers.
- Focus on relationship selling, building a client base and offering exemplary customer service.
- Be a Poppy Barley fit expert. Keep up to date on all product knowledge and provide customers with the information necessary to ensure they love their Poppy Barleys.
- Support the operations of the store including but not limited to receiving and processing stock, picking and packing of online orders, merchandising, and inventory counts.
- Support other tasks as assigned during your shift.
Key Performance Indicators
- Meet store sales targets on a daily basis.
- Conversion rate meets or exceeds target level.
- The store is to Poppy Barley merchandising and presentation standards.
- Inventory adjustments and fulfillment accuracy
Other Details
- Flexibility in availability. *Your schedule may include a combination of shift times depending on your availability of mornings, evenings, and/or weekends.
- You will available to work a minimum of 8 hours per week
- You will be available throughout the holiday blackout period (mid November to mid January, exact dates to be determined annually)
- Possibility of supporting Poppy Barley Pop Ups and events focusing on Brand Awareness.
