Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast items with precision, consistency, and flair, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
- Follow standardized recipes and portion controls to maintain menu integrity and minimize waste.
- Handle food safely by adhering to proper food handling procedures, sanitation standards, and health regulations.
- Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and setting up cooking stations before service begins.
- Serve breakfast dishes efficiently to guests or prepare items for self-service stations while maintaining cleanliness and organization.
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food safety and optimal quality.




- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy morning hours, supporting a positive guest experience.

Experience

- Prior experience in food preparation or cooking within a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling techniques is essential.
- Experience with meal preparation, especially breakfast items such as eggs, pancakes, breakfast meats, and sides.
- Familiarity with serving protocols and maintaining cleanliness in a commercial kitchen setting.
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Kitchen experience in the food industry is highly valued; willingness to learn new techniques is appreciated.
