Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook breakfast items with precision, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish
- Follow recipes and food presentation standards to deliver visually appealing meals
- Handle food safely by maintaining proper hygiene, storage, and handling procedures
- Assist with meal assembly and plating to meet timely service demands
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts
- Support food service operations by efficiently managing multiple orders during busy mornings
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen flow and excellent guest experience
Experience
- Prior food preparation or cooking experience in a restaurant or food industry setting preferred
- Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and sanitation standards required
- Experience with serving guests in a fast-paced environment is a plus
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and meal preparation techniques beneficial
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and proper hygiene practices
- Previous restaurant experience involving breakfast or morning service highly desirable
