Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests during breakfast hours. You will ensure that the breakfast area is clean, well-stocked, and organized while providing excellent customer service. Your attention to detail and commitment to food safety will help us deliver a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities

- Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet area, ensuring it is clean and well-stocked with food items.
- Prepare and present a variety of breakfast items, including hot and cold dishes.
- Assist guests with their breakfast needs, providing friendly and efficient service.
- Communicate effectively with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Monitor food safety practices, ensuring all food handling meets health regulations.
- Perform cashiering duties as needed, including processing payments accurately.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areas regularly.




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and service.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic cooking skills are a plus; familiarity with meal preparation is beneficial.
- Flexibility to work early morning shifts, including weekends as needed.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help others in a team-oriented workplace.
