Best for Bride is looking for a friendly, confident, and sales-focused Bridal Sales Consultant to join our Barrie team.

This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who enjoys fashion, customer service, and helping brides find one of the most important dresses they will ever wear. The ideal candidate is warm, professional, reliable, and comfortable guiding customers through an exciting and emotional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

- Provide personalized bridal consultations in a friendly and skilled manner
- Help brides select wedding gowns based on their style, size, budget, and wedding vision
- Build strong connections with customers and create a memorable shopping experience
- Confidently guide appointments toward a purchase
- Explain dress ordering, sizing, timelines, deposits, and store policies
- Follow up with customers after appointments when required
- Maintain an organized, welcoming, and attractive showroom
- Assist with dresses, fitting rooms, merchandise, and general store duties
- Answer customer questions by phone, email, and in person
- Work cooperatively with other consultants, management, and alterations staff

Qualifications
- Previous retail sales, bridal, fashion, or customer service experience is preferred




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, positive, patient, and professional personality
- Comfortable working with sales goals and closing sales
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
- Able to provide excellent service to customers of all sizes, styles, and backgrounds
- Comfortable lifting and carrying wedding gowns and being active throughout the day
- Must be available to work weekends, as weekends are our busiest time
