Responsibilities

- Lead and motivate the bridal dress team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist clients in selecting wedding gowns by providing expert advice on styles, fits, and accessories.
- Ensure the bridal department is impeccably organized, clean, and visually appealing at all times.
- Manage inventory levels, track dress availability, and coordinate with suppliers for new stock arrivals.
- Support team members with fittings, measurements, and styling tips to create a personalized experience.




- Train current staff on customer service standards, dress care procedures, and department protocols.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally, resolve issues promptly, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

- Proven experience in retail or customer service roles, preferably within fashion or bridal industries.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with clients and team members confidently.
- Basic math skills for processing transactions, measurements, and inventory management.
- Passion for fashion, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and peak seasons.
- A genuine desire to create joyful experiences for brides during one of their most special moments.
