We are seeking a capable individual or couple to take on the duties of superintendent!. You will help orchestrate, facilitate and complete work in the apartment building.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain and upkeep the interior and exterior of the 64 unit apartment building and report to a property manager
- Perform small repairs (electrical, plumbing, heating, etc.), and refurbish apartments for rent
- Act as a first point of contact for resident service requests
- Attract current tenants
- Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
- Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
- Communicate with property management.
- Enforce property and associations' rules and regulations

Qualifications:

- Prior experience as superintendent or other related fields
- Prior experience with electrical, plumbing, heating systems
- Ability to complete small repairs
- Ability to build rapport with tenants
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
