Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or BA/PM in technology product delivery.

- Solid experience working directly with business teams rather than IT.

- Experience managing the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

- Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, analysis, testing, and release management.

- Salesforce (SFDC) experience is highly preferred, particularly with Sales Cloud and Marketing Campaigns.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.

- Quick learner with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting Salesforce implementations or enhancements.

- Exposure to enterprise product delivery in a global organization.

- Experience coordinating with cross-functional and offshore teams.
