What You’ll Do as a Business Development Associate:

- Identify and engage potential clients and strategic partners as a Business Development Associate through consistent outreach and sales analysis
- Support the team’s overall growth strategy by conducting targeted research, utilizing qualified leads, and initiating meaningful conversations
- Build, develop, and maintain strong professional relationships through ongoing communication, follow-ups, and a client-first approach
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on priorities, messaging, and execution of the growth strategy
- Accurately track, manage, and report on outreach activities,



pipeline progress, and key performance metrics
- Proactively contribute ideas and insights to enhance processes, improve efficiency, and strengthen the overall growth strategy
