HustlerGuys is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who can generate and close international projects for custom software, web, mobile, AI, automation, cloud and staff augmentation services.

Responsibilities

- Identify and approach founders, SMEs and decision-makers in your local/international market.
- Generate qualified opportunities through LinkedIn, email, networking, referrals and relevant platforms.
- Conduct discovery calls and understand client requirements.
- Coordinate with our technical team for estimates and proposals.
- Handle follow-ups, negotiations and support deals through closure.
- Maintain a transparent pipeline and provide weekly updates.

Required Experience
- 5+ years in B2B sales for an IT services or software development company.
- Currently based in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, UAE, Europe, Singapore or another relevant international market.
- Proven experience selling custom software,



web/mobile development, AI, cloud or staff augmentation services.
- Strong professional network and understanding of the local business market.
- Excellent English communication, negotiation and closing skills.
- Verifiable record of projects or revenue personally generated.

Compensation
- Fixed monthly retainer based on experience.
- 7–10% commission on revenue collected from clients acquired by you.
- Initial 30–45 day paid pilot, with long-term opportunity based on performance.
