MUST HAVES

- 5+ years of experience with

Camunda BPM (Camunda 7) and business process development

- Expert-level

Java/J2EE development (Spring, Hibernate, REST, multithreading)

- 2+ years of

AWS experience (EC2, RDS, IAM, Lambda, S3)

- Proficient in

BPMN and DMN modeling with the

Camunda toolset

- Hands-on experience with

Docker and Kubernetes, SQL and database performance tuning

- Working knowledge of microservices architecture and system integration, monitoring tools and security frameworks

- Experience with

Agile, Git, Jenkins/Maven, and CI/CD workflows

NICE TO HAVE

- Mastery of Camunda Modeler and

Cockpit interfaces

- Solid object-oriented and functional programming practices

- Strong communication and analytical skills

- Ability to convert business workflows into productive automation

- Familiarity with BPM lifecycle best practices and agile collaboration

- No specific industry preferred (any business with workflow processes using Camunda 7)
