Required Skills
- 8+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst supporting Mainframe applications.
- Strong experience in Data Integration, Data Mapping, Data Analysis, and Data Quality Analysis.
- Expertise in identifying and resolving data quality issues through root cause analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Solid Mainframe knowledge including COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, VSAM, IMS, batch processing, OLTP, and file-based integrations.
- Experience analyzing Mainframe data structures, interfaces, data flows, and business rules.
- Advanced knowledge of system analysis, enterprise technology delivery, SDLC, testing, and project management.
- Ability to work independently as a Senior/Lead System Analyst and mentor team members.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and consulting skills.
- Banking/Credit applications and Financial Services domain experience are preferred.
