Job Summary

Duties

- Prepare and cook a variety of delicious dishes, ensuring consistency and quality in every plate served
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and support to foster a team-oriented team environment
- Manage food handling procedures to meet all safety and hygiene standards, including proper storage and sanitation practices
- Oversee food service operations, ensuring timely delivery of orders and excellent customer satisfaction
- Develop innovative menu ideas that reflect current trends and customer preferences
- Maintain inventory levels,



order supplies, and monitor stock to minimize waste and control costs
- Enforce food safety regulations and uphold cleanliness standards throughout the kitchen area

Experience

- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and restaurant management within a fast-paced environment
- Supervising experience with a track record of leading successful culinary teams
- Strong knowledge of food handling procedures, safety standards, and hygiene regulations in the food industry
- Demonstrated ability to manage kitchen operations efficiently while maintaining high-quality service standards
- Experience in hospitality or restaurant settings with a focus on customer service excellence
- Leadership skills that motivate team members and foster a positive work environment
- Familiarity with food industry trends, menu development, and restaurant management best practices

Pay: $16.85-$35.81 per hour
