About the Role:
We are hiring a Seasonal Bilingual Front Office Associate (French & English) to join our team. This full time position requires availability on both weekdays and weekends, including evenings. As a key part of our front office team, you will be the first and last point of contact for guests and help ensure they have a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests in both French and English, in person and over the phone
- Answer phone calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency
- Make, modify, and cancel reservations using our booking system
- Handle check-ins and check-outs accurately and courteously
- Process payments and balance daily transactions as well as prepare daily sales and deposit reports
- Coordinate group bookings
- Enforce campground policies and procedures
- Monitor outstanding balances and timely collection of payments
Qualifications:
- Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficient with computers and comfortable learning our reservation software Campspot
- Reliable, punctual, and robust leadership skills
- Trustworthy with handling money and sensitive information
- Able to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Experience in hospitality or customer service is required
Schedule & Duration:
- Seasonal full time position
- Must be available weekdays, weekends and evenings
